ベルギーやフランスホテルと比べても、全然レベル上。 部屋がきれい。ネット速度がOK。 朝食は悪くない。この値段でそこそこ満足しています。

・屋上プールはあるみたいですが、季節外、時間外なのか、見に行けなかった。 ・周辺歩いて行けるような観光スポットはないかもしれません。

Very helpful friendly staff Great location an easy walk to La Ramblas and the port, and all the cafes and restaurants there. Stylish,large,clean rooms. Modern feel. Fantastic hotel.

Nothing, it was great.

The postitive thing was the great bathroom and cleaning service. Besides the top floor(swimming pool) and vending machines everywhere was great!

The service of most of the staff. Some were friendly and working fast and efficient. Others were not greeting the guests at all, just looking down. And sometimes some receptionists were helping 2-3 guests at the same time. Make sure you train them to always help 1 guest at the time and then move on to the other guest. This is more respectfull and because it is really annoying and slows down the check in and check out process. Overall: Great stay!

Big clean rooms, well furnished, nice pool on the roof.

Positive: 1. Is a very clean and neat hotel right in the centre of the city; max 10 min walk to La Ramblas, to the port. 2. All is new and clean - super! 3. My room had a good view. 4. An absolutely fantastic view from the roof floor. 5. A swimming pool suitable for young kids (not deep, not big). 6. One can borrow a beach towel against a deposit of 10 Euro, is very comfortable. 7. Internet is fast, also in the rooms! 8. Comfortable beds, quick adjustable warm water, powerful hair dryer.

Negative: 1. Energy is being saved to that extent, that there is no light in the corridors or emergency stairs - fast complete darkness, so that you can hardly see the plate with the number of your room. 2. The swimming pool is approx. 3 m length and 1 m depth, so is rather for little children but for adults: the picture in the Internet does not match the reality. 3. The hotel is in the Little India, fairly dirty streets around. 4. No bar or restaurant in the hotel where you could have a drink or eat in the evening, the hotel only has breakfast facilities. 5. No place to hang the bathing stuff to dry. All in all is a very good hotel and can be recommended to travelers of every age. The best, I believe, is for young couples or groups of friends. Thank you for promoting it.

The design of the hotel was excellent. Also, the location is in the middle of the city and metro stations. You can go everywhere in 15 minutes by walking...

Pool was too small, like a bathtub...

Helpful front desk staff. We arrived very early and asked to leave our luggage but were given our room straight away as it was ready. Hotel clean with modern decor. Swimming pool is tiny but the views over Barcelona are stunning. Location is good between the Ramblas and Colon monument. Would stay there again.

Quiet with good cleanliness and location.

The staff tried to help but when something goes wrong, they appeared eager to shake off responsibility and slow in rendering assistance.

Room was not cleaned in a proper way. BUT: Since they opened a couple of days ago and the dirt was caused by contruction (not by previous guests), I would assume that this is an issue which will be solved.

Modern, great location, great rooftop pool and view!

A brand new hotel that had only been opened one month so we obtained an opening offer rate...can only hope they maintain same rate or do not increase by more than 10%...(I would love to stay there again). Great location - within easy walking distance of the metro, port and Las Ramblas....The local area is "interesting" and colourful but there are always lots of people about so felt safe walking back to hotel after dinner...and it does have to be taken into account that you are in a city not a little village so appropriate precautions should be taken. On-site parking - currently at an additional cost of 20€ per day -24hrs. This proved a great help (apart from not having to drive around in an area we didn't know looking for parking) as we were able to leave our car in the garage for the day while we took the city bus tours the next morning (even though we had technically checked out). Do take note that a 20€ cash deposit is required for the remote control (refunded when you return it). Good size reception area where there are vending machines so you can buy water, drinks and snacks. There are recycling bins and they use low energy lighting everywhere so nice to see a contribution to the environment. There are computers that you can use to check mail etc...but there is free wi-fi in the rooms as well as a laptop size safe in the room. There is an outside seating area (it is surrounded by the back of some not so pretty, older buildings..but it is a good area to sit and read a paper, wait for friends etc. On site restaurant only offers buffet breakfast..at an additional cost - but we were up and out so didn't try it. However there are so many cafeterias in the general area you can stop off in any for a coffee and croissant. There had been some comments about the level of lighting in the hallways...maybe it has been fixed by the hotel as although it was dim it was not dark and we could easily find our rooms.

Good Location, Hotel itself is clean & confortable, especially the beds.

On the downside the rooms are a bit bland, the air co / heating unit is noisy and the large shower head useless since their is very little water pressure. But overall the stay was ok but i think the hotel is a little over rated, probably becuase its new.

Fantastic location close to the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, and the beach. Additionally, very close to multiple metro entrances. The hotel is clean and modern with spacious rooms. The rooftop pool is small but provides gorgeous city views. All staff were excellent - very attentive and available 24/7.

My only complaint is that we stayed as a young couple on a romantic holiday and were provided a room with 2 twin beds that we pushed together - would have preferred a single bed!!!

Friendly receptionist in this new hotel. Nice sight from the pool deck. Small gym. Position and connection to subway.

The poor management of the breakfast room. It was new year's eve but defintly too much expensive; regular price should be (and probably the half.
